Sr. Software EngineerGood knowledge of SAP Business process eg Procure to Pay, Order to CashGood knowledge in Appdynamics BIQ processTransaction and Events monitoringCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements for observabilityDesign and architect observability solutions using SAP, MuleSoft, Camstar and other technologies to monitor end to end business processesRecommend and implement best practices for instrumentation, data collection, and monitoring tool selectionGood SQL knowledge for analyticsQuick understanding of the KPI to be setupConfigure monitoring tools to capture relevant metrics, traces, and logs from various componentsDevelop custom monitoring scripts and plugins to gather specialized dataCreate meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into business process healthDocument observability solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting proceduresShare knowledge with team members, contributing to the development of internal best practicesCollaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot performance issues identified through monitoringMust know how to stitch context between 2 different stacks
