Our innovative, multi-material fastening systems are integral to aircraft, aerospace engines, industrial gas turbines, automobiles, commercial transportation vehicles, and construction and industrial equipment.Responsibilities:Maintain material specifications, product drawings, routing sheets, and manufacturing procedures.Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for headers, rollers, drillers, etc.Continuously improve tooling and manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with production technicians to troubleshoot issues and enhance manufacturing processes.Provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel and assist in resolving engineering issues.Investigate and determine the root cause of persistent problems.Contribute to the justification and setup of new production facilities.Support Quality System Improvement initiatives.Analyze and assist with capital equipment justifications.Serve as an integral part of the product review board.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering.Experience:Minimum three years of engineering experience.Preferred experience in fastener manufacturing.Requirements:Legally authorized to work in the United States.U.S. person status as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).Benefits/Salary:Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Excellent 401k matching programPaid holidays and vacationAdditional Information:Seniority Level: Mid-SeniorManagement Experience Required: NoWillingness to Travel: NeverSecurity Clearance Required: NoVisa Candidate Considered: NoRelocation Assistance Available: Possible for ideal candidate
