Roles & Responsibilities

Functional Expertise on Oracle Order to Cash CycleConfiguring and processing of Order Management ModuleExpertise in Order Import integration with legacy, Internal B2B Orders process, Order Outbound with LegacyExperience in Order shipment processShould able to understand customer business processes and integrations with 3rd party applications with eBSExperience in handling customizations in eBS spaceAble to provide L2 and L3 techno-functional support on OM, Advanced pricing and Configurator functionalityExperience on Bill of Material (BOM) and Work in Progress (WIP) modulesExperience in trouble shooting the issues and fixTechno functional experience with analysis and development capability to resolve technical, functional and data issuesMust possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in working with Customer and Business teams at Customer location

Generic Managerial Skills - Experience in Customer Management

Education - Bachelor's Degree equivalent and above
