For over 138 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Pikes Peak Region (BGCPPR) has served the youth of our community with unwavering dedication. Our mission is to inspire and enable all young peopleespecially those who need us mostto reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Today, we provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for more than 1,300 youth annually across multiple locations. We are seeking a visionary Director of Finance to join our executive team and help guide our organization into its next phase of growth and community impact.
The Director of Finance serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader, responsible for managing all financial functions of the organization. This includes accounting, budget management, grant reporting, risk management, audit coordination, and compliance. The Director plays a key leadership role, contributing to high-level planning, reporting directly to the President & CEO, and working closely with the Board of Directors and Finance Committee. With a $2 million annual budget and diverse revenue sourcesincluding government grants, private philanthropy, and program incomethis is an exciting opportunity for a mission-driven financial leader who wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
Frequently required to sit, walk, stand, hear, talk, see, use hands, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. This position requires mobility. One must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Duties involve moving items weighing up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Usual office working conditions with typical noise levels in the work environment.
