The Role

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for the people we interact with. You'll represent our team in a professional and approachable way while assisting with events, outreach activities, and customer-facing initiatives.

Your responsibilities may include:

Starting conversations and engaging with customers and community members

Answering questions and providing accurate information

Assisting with promotional and outreach activities

Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience

Supporting team goals and daily activities

Helping with event preparation and organization

Learning new communication and leadership skills through hands-on experience
