As they looking for actual FSE supportExperience having hands inside the server, replacing parts.They need to have enough experience, where they are confident in their skills to support.Prior Dell FSE experience a HUGE plus.Key Responsibilities:Ticket management/TrackingGood problem-solving skillsGreat customer service and communicationAbility to work well within a teamBe able to lift 65 poundsBe able to work while on a ladderGreat attention to detailWork in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Nvidia GPU/NIC experience is a plusBasic Network experienceExperience reading Linux logsStrong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environmentFlexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules
