In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of data analytics engineers, driving data-driven decision-making processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of data analytics projects. The ideal candidate will possess both hands-on technical expertise in data analytics tools and prior experience managing a team of skilled professionals.ResponsibilitiesTeam Management:Lead and manage a team of data analytics engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and project success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and allocate resources effectively.Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.Data Analytics Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end execution of data analytics projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.Technical Expertise:Possess hands-on expertise in SQL, PowerBI to provide technical guidance and support to the team.Evaluate and implement best practices in data analytics, data visualization, and data engineering techniques.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analytics to drive innovation within the team.Data Governance and Security:Ensure compliance with data governance policies and data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.Develop and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights generated from data analytics projects.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate complex technical concepts and data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Proven experience (7 years) in RDBMS and data analytics experience along with (3+ years) directly managing data analytics professionals.Strong proficiency in SQL, PowerBI and (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow,or Keboola) for data querying, analysis, and visualization.Experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL processes.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and data quality best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Or refer someone
