Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with Generative AI expertise to join a strategic banking technology initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable enterprise applications while leveraging modern AI technologies to improve business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development, Microservices architecture, Cloud technologies, and Generative AI solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps teams, and product owners.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js or Angular.

Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate with internal/external services.

Design event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging technologies.

Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Integrate Generative AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered automation.

Build AI-enabled solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, Vector Databases, and related frameworks.

Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and production support activities.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.

Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular and TypeScript.

REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and API integrations.

Kafka or other messaging platforms.

AWS or Azure Cloud Services.

Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.

Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI integrations.

Strong understanding of design patterns, secure coding practices, and scalable architecture.
