Cloud Security & Identity Access Engineer

Cloud Security Specialist Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience with O365, Active Directory, MS, and Linux access management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud security.

Experience configuring access controls in Azure.

Experience configuring access controls in AWS.

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, PCI, and NIST.

Experience working with legacy vendor technologies.

Experience using SailPoint Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Proficient in Active Directory administration.

Hands-on experience with Windows workstations and server operating systems.

Experience managing security for AWS cloud tenants.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Cloud+, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

Experience using Qualys for vulnerability scanning.

Experience with Orca Security.

Responsibilities:

Manage, evaluate, maintain, and enhance the organization's cloud security posture.

Operate identity and access processes and controls for SailPoint, Active Directory, Email, collaboration platforms, and cloud-based solutions.

Continuously improve the organization's vulnerability management across people, processes, and technology.

Analyze cloud environment reports and collaborate with IT to make cloud security data actionable and clear.

Evaluate and guide SIEM integrations by identifying potential blind spots and validating configurations.

Assist GISCS Security Operations with monitoring and triaging security events.

Create dashboards and reports that communicate cybersecurity risks and key risk indicators (KRIs) to executives and stakeholders.

Support security architecture reviews for new and proposed integrated solutions.
