Superintendent - Data Center Construction Projects

Job Description Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics. Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications. Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment. Travel extensively to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods.

The Successful Applicant Experienced superintendent in industrial or commercial construction, ideally data centers. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Proficient in reading blueprints, schedules, and project specifications. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term.
