Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Engineering Manager will lead a blended team of SRE and DevOps engineers in a remote setting, focusing on improving the availability and performance of Delinea's production environments while managing incident response and automation efforts.
Key responsibilities
Lead hands-on by reviewing pull requests, validating pipeline changes, and troubleshooting production issues alongside engineers
Own the availability and performance of Delinea's production environments across Azure and AWS, including incident command for Sev1 and Sev2 events
Manage and develop a blended team of full-time engineers and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across time zones
Required qualifications
6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations with ownership of production SaaS systems
2+ years of direct people leadership experience, including performance management and coaching
Hands-on production experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and core Azure services, as well as AWS services
Proven incident command experience, including managing major incidents and authoring post-incident reviews
Strong automation and scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar, with experience in infrastructure-as-code
