Job TitleManagement & Program AnalystDutiesHelpMajor duties include but are not limited to:Supports the VHA Information Technology Committee (ITC), serving as a committee coordinatorAssesses the resultant impact on the strategic goals of the ITC and recommends approaches to aligning the ITC with VA and VHA guidanceCollaborates with the Health IT Strategy Sub-Committee (HITSSC), the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) Chief Health Informatics (VCHI) Sub-Committee, and the four Capability Management Boards (CMB) (Clinical, Business, Research and Education, and Data Resource and Analytics)Collaborates with external stakeholders, establishing direct relationships through direct meetings, working with staff and through virtual channels.Promotion Potential:The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.Work Schedule:Monday-Friday, 08:00-04:30pCompressed/Flexible:May be availableTelework:Yes-as determined by the agency policy. Will be required to report to either a VA Facility. Agency/VA approved leased space, or any federal building designated by VA unless an approved exemption is granted.Virtual:This position may be authorized for Virtual Work. Virtual Work eligibility is for current VA employees that are already subject to the return to the in-person work mandate in their current position. Definition of Virtual Work: Employee works outside of original hiring duty station at a VA-owned or leased space. Return to Office (RTO): RTO mandates are in effect and selectees will be required to report to in-person work unless they are approved for an exception or an exemption.
