Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following core functions:Handling & Movement: Safely load, unload, and move large and small furniture orders and inventory of various sizes. This will involve manually lifting items up to 75 lbs. unassisted and maneuvering/team lifting products up to 150 lbs.Technology & Inventory: Utilize scanners, handheld devices (e.g., Nexus), and warehouse software to accurately track, process, and update inventory and order locations across all operational stages.Quality & Preparation: Perform comprehensive quality control tasks, which may include inspecting, assembling (deluxing), repackaging, labeling, and sorting products to prevent damage before shipping.Safety & Teamwork: Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) to ensure safety and efficiency.What You'll NeedPhysical Capability: The ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full shift (8+ hours a day) in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ability to frequently lift and move merchandise up to 75+ lbs. unassisted.Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.Experience (Preferred): Previous warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience is preferred.
