What We Need We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead reliability and maintenance operations at our Corona, CA manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring safe and compliant operations, and developing a high‑performing maintenance team. You will play a critical role in driving plant reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production goals in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Shift This position is on 3rd Shift, working Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

What You Will Do Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across shifts to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Drive equipment reliability initiatives to improve uptime and operational efficiency

Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations

Oversee daily work order planning, execution, and completion through CMMS systems

Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and external vendors

Support capital projects, shutdown planning, and major repair initiatives

Train and develop team members in best-in-class maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques

Monitor maintenance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce rework and costs

Manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear accountability standards

Other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

What You Will Need To Be Successful Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred

High School diploma or equivalent required

5+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience

2+ years of leadership experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role

Experience in food & beverage manufacturing strongly preferred

Working knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs

Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA)

Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues

Ability to lead in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
