In this position, you'll work on internal platforms, automation, and development tools that help engineers work more efficiently and deliver high-quality software. You'll work closely with backend, DevOps, and other engineering teams to identify development bottlenecks and build scalable, self-service solutions. This role will also focus on improving the software development lifecycle through automation, CI/CD, infrastructure, and AI-powered tools.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience with Kotlin or Java and platform engineeringExposure to AWS or other cloud servicesExperience with CI/CDTechnical understanding of KubernetesExperience in cloud-based environmentsExperience building and improving developer tools and processesDesired Skills & ExperienceExperience working in a SaaS environment or experience in the insurance industryB.
