The Role

As a Field Service Technician at CATA Stone Care, you are the hands behind the craftsmanship. Working in high-end residential environments, you will perform polishing, honing, chip repair, grout restoration, and sealing on premium natural stone surfaces including marble, travertine, and limestone. We expect meticulous attention to detail, pride in your work, and the discipline to meet the standards that our elite clientele demands.

Hands-On Experience

2+ years preferred in stone polishing, honing, sealing, or related tile and flooring trades.

Detail Orientation

A sharp eye for imperfections and the patience to achieve a flawless finish on every surface.

Residential Professionalism

Comfort and respect working inside luxury homes: clean, courteous, and careful at all times.

Reliable Transportation

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to job sites across Orange County and LA.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Polish and hone marble, travertine, limestone, and other natural stone surfaces to specification.

• Perform chip repairs, grout cleaning, color-seal application, and crack filling.

• Apply premium sealers to protect restored surfaces from staining and moisture.

• Document before-and-after results for quality control and client records.

• Maintain equipment and manage your material supplies with care.
