Job Description

ABA Behavior Technician (Part-Time)Location: Various locations in Inland Empire. In-Home & Community-Based (In-Person)Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE**PAID TRAINING PROVIDED**About The Behavior LabAt The Behavior Lab, we believe in playful learning, compassionate care, and building brighter futures - one child at a time. Through play-based, personalized therapy, we help children develop essential life skills in their most comfortable environments - home, clinic, school, or the community.We're a supportive, family-oriented team that values creativity, collaboration, and heart. If you're passionate about working with children and looking to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoAs a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. You'll work one-on-one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniquesMaking learning fun through structured play and interactive activitiesTracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviorsCommunicating with families and team members to ensure consistent supportHelping adapt therapy plans to fit each child's unique needsBringing creativity, energy, and patience to every sessionWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to be an expert - we provide full, paid training.
