Network Deployment Engineer

Network Deployment Level 3 Engineer Technical JDTechnical expert in large enterprise network and networking (LAN and WAN in financial/Banking domain) projects, expert in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), Layer2/3 switching, TCP/IP framing/addressing and expert/excellent hands on experience in network trouble shooting, configuration, implementation and building new large network (LAN/WAN). Familiar with Arista and Cisco Nexus. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and other network certifications and security related certifications.8+ years industry experience in networking environment; certified technical engineer (typically Cisco CCIE or comparable); in-depth hands on experience with common network hardware including F5 Load balancer, Cisco router, switches, firewalls etc., together with other preferred technologies; excellent technical ability to plan and build new network environment; excellent technical ability to prepare, document and deploy changes in a network; technical ability to understand the issues related to day to day operations; full understanding of ITIL and service management principals; excellent ability to follow documented deployment processes; in-depth and hands on experience in complex LAN/WAN, MAN, DWDM, SONET architecture; full understanding and operational knowledge of loop prevention protocols like spanning tree protocols; in-depth knowledge of L2 protocols like HSRP, VRRP, VTP, 802.1Q, Flex Link, LACP, etc.; in-depth working knowledge and troubleshooting of IP routing and network protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, spanning tree, multicast etc.); full understanding of operational knowledge for troubleshooting of Cisco operating systems like IOS and NX-OS; good ability to analyses and troubleshoot network issues with a network sniffer like Wireshark; in-depth working knowledge of IPT implementation and troubleshooting; full understanding of firewalls & different deployment architecture; complete understanding of network security concepts; strong understanding of sniffer & how to use the sniffer for troubleshooting purposes; complete understanding of proxy servers and virus walls scan engines; strong experience with change request management systems; strong experience with network monitoring / management tools/ analysis tools; competence with testing tools and procedures for voice and data circuits; strong experience with liaising with carriers and vendors for installations; service management expertise and ability to manage, improve service levels; excellent analytical skills to evaluate problem; strong technical ability to troubleshoot and solve highly complex IP networks and hardware.
