In this role, you will work alongside a team of developers targeting a variety of Linux-based platforms. You will support customers through multiple stages of the development cycle, including design and construction, with occasional opportunities to work on rapid capability development teams for immediate operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise in exploit development targeting Linux and Android platformsGain an in-depth understanding of Android/Linux OS internals, interfaces, and security mechanisms.Build and maintain current and future capabilities, primarily in C/C++Research upcoming Linux kernel/Android changes to guide future development effortsOccasionally provide vulnerability assessment and exploit development support in a rapid response settingRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related fieldIn-depth knowledge of exploit mitigations, such as ASLRUnderstanding of Linux-specific protection mechanisms, such as SELinuxStrong familiarity with both Linux and Android operating systemsExperience debugging applications on remote systemsProficiency in C/C++ programmingFormer CNO experience as an exploit or implant developer preferredExpert knowledge of the Linux kernel preferredReverse engineering experience using tools like Ghidra or IDAObtained a Top Secret / SCI Clearance + CI Poly
