Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX (Onsite/Hybrid as required)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.

Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers.

Drive best practices around coding, testing, deployment, and governance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.

Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Required Skills

8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Service Cloud

Experience Cloud

Apex

Visualforce

SOQL

Salesforce APIs & Integrations

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and deployment best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

Salesforce Technical Architect Certification.

Experience working in large enterprise environments.
