We are currently seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

NTT DATA Federal Services is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to serve as the operational delivery leader and second-in-command for agency's program. The DPM will turn program priorities into day-to-day execution across cybersecurity, network, cloud/platform, service-management, field-engineering, and supporting workstreams while keeping staffing, performance, risks, and customer commitments on track.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across technical and operational workstreams.
• Track staffing, performance, deliverables, risks, dependencies, incidents, and open actions; escalate issues with clear options and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving for service issues, staffing constraints, and delivery gaps.
• Coordinate task/workstream leads and subcontractors to keep responsibilities, schedules, and performance aligned.
• Support transition-in, stabilization, knowledge transfer, and continuity activities.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager when delegated or during the PM's absence.
• Work is expected to be primarily onsite at agency facilities, with travel to supported locations as needed. The DPM should be available for management-level escalations outside normal business hours when mission conditions require it; this is not a 24x7 shift position.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity management experience including driving execution across staffing, schedule, performance, risks/issues, and customer commitments
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing or coordinating multiple technical teams or operational workstreams in a cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, network, NOC/SOC, or comparable IT-services environment.
• Current CISSP certification.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI access if/when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree/bachelors degree
• Experience supporting Federal IT or cybersecurity programs or other large mission-critical operational environments.
• Experience with 24x7 service delivery, incident escalation, service levels, or continuity requirements.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management, transition/stabilization, or continuous improvement.
• PMP certification and/or prior DHS experience.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $97,391 - $162,319. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
