As we scale, you will be instrumental in building our foundation from the ground up. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a fluid startup environment. You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies, work closely with leadership, and develop and implement engineering practices that support our mission and growth. This role sits on the Reliability Engineering and Product team. Your key responsibilities are as follows:Lead hands-on product integration activities for Monarch Quantum's quantum light engines.Integrate mechanical, electrical, and photonics assemblies into server rack form-factor systems. Manage electrical and optical cabling in complete product assemblies.Organize and track ordered materials, ensuring all components are ready for integration. Work with operations team to define and implement hardware intake and kitting processes.Identify risks and work with project engineering teams to unblock items and ensure integration projects remain on schedule.Support reliability testing activities by setting up tests utilizing lasers, photonic components, and photonic modules. Build test infrastructure that will support reliability test scale-up.
