Our Collierville, TN facility is looking for committed, industrious people to fill General Laborer positions. This role offers a great chance to build practical skills within a fast-paced setting. We are looking for team players who take pride in manual work and want to contribute to our ongoing projects. Please note that while your regular schedule will be 4:30pm to 3:00am on the second shift, you will complete an initial two-week training period during the day shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Core Duties

Support general manual operations by helping to load and unload various materials.

Help maintain a tidy and orderly workspace to improve overall site safety and productivity.

Work alongside colleagues while following the guidance provided by your supervisor.

Utilize standard hand tools and machinery in a secure and proficient manner.

Complete regular upkeep and maintenance tasks for all assigned equipment.

Ensure a secure working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.

Attend all necessary team briefings and professional development training sessions.

Requirements

A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.

Prior experience in manual labor is beneficial, though we are happy to train the right candidate.

Capable of lifting substantial weight and managing physically rigorous duties.

Demonstrate a reliable work ethic and maintain an optimistic outlook.

Communicate effectively to foster a collaborative and cohesive team atmosphere.

Possess a foundational understanding of safety procedures relevant to a labor setting.

Show a genuine eagerness to acquire new skills and tackle evolving responsibilities.
