The admin has the freedom to work independently but is a vital part of the team. He/she assists with multiple projects and duties, including inbound/outbound calls, coordinating repairs and customer relations to ensure satisfaction after work is complete. Performing with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and responsiveness and high levels of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when dealing with customers and other department staff.What you will do:Collaborate with and assist the Billing Specialist, Operations Manager and Branch Manager with orders and customer needsAssist with time entries and validation of work ordersAnswer incoming phone calls and transfer to the correct person.Respond, compose, and send e-mail correspondence throughout the company in a timely mannerProvide customer support via email, phone, or in personInform customers of current promotions or special salesEngagement in learning and communicating all AWP products and servicesCompliance with all company safety standards and proceduresCreatively work with team members on sales strategiesSupport the Branch Manager & Operations Manager with other duties as assignedEngage in company safety programs and support those efforts as neededQualificationsWhat you bring to us:1-3 years' experience office adminStrong customer service skillsPrevious payroll and or accounting experienceAbility to multitaskKnowledge of construction, traffic control, or infrastructure industries preferred, not requiredStrong communication skills, both written and oral, bilingual a plusExcellent computer and internet skills necessary, Dynamics 365, MS Excel, Teams and Salesforce a plus.Must be results-driven, friendly, tenacious, work independently and have a positive attitudeHigh energy and self-motivatedTeam focused and supportive of the company's directionOrganization skillsDocument managementMicrosoft officeAdditional InformationWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe employee must be able to successfully manage the physical demands of this position, which include the following:Hours of operation are typically 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., M-F40-hour workweekPrimarily sedentary or working at a deskOccasionally lift and move 10 -25 poundsProficient literacyThe employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and armsComputer and standard office equipment such as a printer, copier, scanner, calculator, fax machine, and telephone.
