Tactical All Source Threat Intelligence Analyst 2 Location: USA VA Vienna Full Part/Time: Full time Job Req: RQ227555 Type of Requisition: Regular Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: None Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret Public Trust/Other Required: None Job Family: Intelligence Operations and Analysis Job Qualifications: Skills: Analysis, Intelligence Reports, Threat Analysis Certifications: None Experience: 4 + years of related experience US Citizenship Required: Yes Job Description: Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Tactical All Source Threat Intelligence Analyst 2 at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career. This is a 5-year federal contract and requires the ability to work a 24/7/365 operational shift schedule to support this customer's mission. Candidates MUST be open to working 8 pm to 6 am, on either a 4 day Wednesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Wednesday schedule. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT You will ensure that government investigators, screeners, agents and state and local law enforcement officers have ready access to the information and expertise they need to respond quickly when a suspected terrorist is screened or stopped by analyzing and data from multiple agencies and providing 24/7 operational support for thousands of federal screeners and state and local law enforcement officers across the country and around the world. Apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with the customer's Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines. Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure. Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same. Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening and train more junior staff in related best practices. Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed including training and quality assurance of more junior staff. You will receive world-class intelligence analysis training and exposure to the latest techniques and methodologies. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Experience: 4+ years of related experience Security clearance level: Applicants must possess a current (in-scope) Top Secret security clearance or higher. Only individuals who meet this requirement can be considered for this position. US citizenship required
