The Program Manager is the primary point of accountability for Zetron's performance under a statewide public safety communications and managed services contract. Reporting to the Director of Solution Delivery, the Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of Zetron personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments, service objectives, project deliverables, and financial targets are achieved. Serving as the primary customer-facing representative for program execution, the Program Manager provides overall planning, coordination, oversight, and reporting across the program lifecycle. The role ensures alignment between customer expectations, contract requirements, and delivery resources while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes that may impact successful program outcomes.

Travel:
Travel is required, about 30% of the time, typically within the Americas.
Ability to travel overnight
Ability to travel internationally
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, sciences or equivalent preferred
7+ years of Program Management or senior level Project Management experience leading telecom programs within contract requirements in a technology environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent, e.g. PgMP, PRINCE2, preferred.
Or any combination of education and experience that provides same expertise.
