Now hiring for a Warehouse Associate Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $15.00 $17.50 per hour Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts

Job Duties

• Performs warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and assembly of products
• Uses handheld scanners/equipment for warehouse management system compliance
• Assists in cycle counts, auditing, and physical inventories
• Follows company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Adheres to company safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others
• Works cooperatively with other warehouse associates
• Participates in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Experience Requirements

Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
