Java Python DeveloperLocation / Work Requirement: Onsite — 1400 South Atwater Drive, Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355Pay Rate: W2: Up to $50.00/hr max C2C: Up to $55.40/hr maxProgram Context & Job SummaryProgram Overview: The Data Supply Chain Controls Program aims to build a trusted, end-to-end data control environment focused on:Proactive Risk Management & Transparency: Establishing high-quality data at scale.Comprehensive Lifecycle Support: Covering the full assessment, remediation, and attestation lifecycle, utilizing DSC Governance and the Controls IQ platform.Scalable Capabilities: Building reusable features such as data lineage, control assessment, control automation, continuous testing, remediation agents, and centralized monitoring/reporting.Role Purpose: Execute the development of the Controls IQ Platform, focusing on coding, automation, and integration to help realize the program's vision.Team ExpectationsCollaborate closely with the Data Supply Chain (DSC) team.Accelerate priority technical deliverables and advance automation efforts.Build reusable capabilities aligned with the overall program roadmap.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop remediation agents, automated control suites, and dashboards.Work hands-on with vendor partners to integrate test scripts with Jira/X-ray.Implement code based on the technical design patterns defined by the Tech Lead and Domain Architect.Focus on phase-one automation of the 32 established controls.Integrate test results into the pipeline and contribute to the overall automation strategy.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Proficiency: Strong skills in Java and Python.Automation: Experience with control automation and building automated testing suites.Tools: Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and X-ray.Data: Understanding of data sources, databases (NoSQL), and data quality processes.Education: Bachelor's degree required.Soft Skills: Ability to work closely with the team, follow technical direction, and adapt to changing requirements as the POC progresses. Must be a strong team player and willing to learn.
