Key Responsibilities
Working on systems development as part of a small, agile IT team.
Contributing to modernizing the organization's core platform , including migration from legacy systems.
Designing, building, testing, debugging, and implementing applications, system architecture, network systems, and utilities.
Coding, reviewing system requirements, and working on both front-end and back-end.
Defining software engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
Migration from legacy / older platforms (e.g., PowerBuilder, Informix) is a plus.
Agile team / agile methodology.
Hybrid work: ~3 days in the office, ~2 remote.
