RecruiterAs a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring for critical roles across a variety of organizations, with a particular focus on our Operations org. You will partner directly with General Managers to find high-performing operators that will partner directly with the leading AI Labs in the world, playing an instrumental role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. This is a true 0?1 motion, with an opportunity to lay the foundation for the future of recruiting.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to close) across a variety of organizations (such as marketing, finance, people ops, with a prominent focus on operations).Partner with business leaders to map out needs and implement continual process improvements.Build top-of-funnel using creative outbound, talent intelligence, and proprietary product.Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, leveling, and decision hygiene.Operationalize hiring systems: track and optimize key funnel metrics (pass-through rates, time-in-stage, source yield).Champion speed and quality: drive SLAs for same-day debriefs, fast offers, and a strong candidate experience.Build brand through campaigns, referrals, and events that attract top engineers and operators.Collaborate on dashboards, metrics, and process automation within recruiting systems.Refinement of technical recruiting motion as the Ops org shifts to hire more frequently from technical backgrounds.What We're Looking ForExperience with full-cycle recruiting across individual contributor and leadership roles.Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.High motor, outcome-oriented approach; the company is in hypergrowth, and hiring is viewed as a key strategic driver of that growth.Strong communication skills; able to work efficiently with General Managers, Account Leads, and internal leadership.Familiarity with a range of roles, emphasis on go-to-market, Strategy, and Operations, with some mastery of technical roles such as SWEs or FDEs.Confident representing the brand to top candidates.Familiarity with recruiting tools or ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems.Ideal QualitiesAgility and adaptability to move fast, pivot with business shifts, and maintain best-in-class outcomes.Operational rigor and the ability to bring order to an unstructured environment.A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and continue learning in a rapidly evolving, frontier industry.A commitment to the outcome with an ownership mentality and a high standard of work.Love for the craft; this hire will bring a low ego attitude to the table with a genuine love for building a best-in-class talent acquisition motion.Thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments.Experience working within startup or rapidly scaling organizations.Resourceful and creative problem-solver who takes ownership and finds solutions.Ability to adapt quickly as hiring plans and priorities shift.Comfortable operating without perfectly defined processes.Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.Nice to HavesExperience as a founding recruiter or early-stage startup builder.Interest in the human data or AGI space.Technical recruiting expertise, as the business is trending in an increasingly technical perspective over time.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
