Job Details Requirements Education & Licensure Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license required in Indiana, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months

Additional certifications in bridge inspection or structural design are a plus

Experience Minimum 4-8 years of experience in bridge design and rehabilitation

Demonstrated experience managing state or locally funded transportation/bridge projects, including budget, schedule, and scope oversight

Experience working with Indiana Departments of Transportation (DOT) standards and specifications

Design experience softwares: AutoCAD, Civil3D
