Special Projects Manager

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in business strategy, strategy & operations, management consulting, e-commerce strategy, or marketplace strategy . The ideal candidate combines structured, data-driven problem solving with the ability to drive cross-functional execution and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate business and e-commerce growth strategies

Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking

Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from problem identification through execution

Partner with business, operations, product, and technology teams to develop scalable solutions

Translate complex business problems into clear recommendations and actionable plans

Track business performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required to support cross-regional collaboration and communication with stakeholders in both languages

Strong experience in strategy, strategy & operations, business operations, management consulting, or a related field

Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, consumer technology, or digital platforms is highly preferred

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives

Experience translating strategy into execution and measurable business results

Demonstrated experience independently owning strategic initiatives with significant business impact

Experience with marketplace growth, category strategy, GMV, profitability, operational efficiency, or cross-border/global business operations is a plus.
