Pace Educator & Workforce Development SpecialistAt Everent Health we work behind the scenes to support the organizations and people delivering exceptional care every day.Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pmPosition Summary: The PACE Educator & Workforce Development Specialist is responsible for developing coordinating and delivering education and training programs that support employee onboarding competency development regulatory compliance and ongoing professional growth across the PACE organization. This position partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge skills and competencies necessary to provide safe high-quality participant-centered care. The PACE Education & Workforce Development position serves as a shared resource supporting both Care Guide Partners and Bluegrass Care Navigators PACE Programs ensuring standardized education regulatory compliance and consistent staff development across both affiliates.Position Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing Education Healthcare Administration Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years experience in geriatrics long-term care home health PACE or a related healthcare setting. Experience in staff development education training clinical education workforce development or organizational learning required. Ability to work independently across multiple locations Prior PACE program experience preferred. Knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness Experience with EMR systems and training. Multi-site healthcare education preferred.
