TheProjectEngineerworkscloselywithProjectManagers,Superintendents,subcontractors,clients,andotherprojectstakeholderstohelpresolveprojectissues,maintainprojectcontinuity,andsupportprojectsfrompreconstructionthroughcloseout.Thisisahands-onopportunitytogainvaluableexperienceinconstructionmanagementwhileworkingalongsideanexperiencedprojectteam.

KeyResponsibilities

Setupandmaintainprojectdocumentation,includingjobsitefiles,drawinglogs,RFIs,andsubmittals.

Managedocumentcontrolprocesses,ensuringaccuratetrackinganddistributionofprojectinformation.

UtilizeProcoreconstructionmanagementsoftwareforfilemanagement,reporting,andcommunication.

Coordinatethedistributionandtrackingofsubcontractagreements,purchaseorders,andfield-generateddocumentation.

Supportqualitycontrol(QC)processes,includinginspections,punchlists,andcompliancedocumentation.

SupportRFIandsubmittalprocesses,ensuringtimelyresponsesandprojectcontinuity.

Assistwithpreconstructionactivities,includingbidandbuyoutsupportandplan/specificationdistribution.

CollaboratewithSuperintendentsandProjectManagerstoresolveprojectissuesandmaintaintheprojectschedule.

Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,subcontractors,andprojectstakeholders.

Prepareprojectcloseoutdocumentation,includingO&Mmanualsandfinaldeliverables.

EnsurecompliancewithOSHAsafetystandards,companypolicies,andapplicableregulatoryrequirements.

RequiredQualifications

3+yearsofcommercialorindustrialconstructionexperience.

Strongknowledgeofconstructionplans,drawings,andspecifications.

ProficiencyinMicrosoftWordandExcel.

Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

Excellentorganization,timemanagement,andproblem-solvingskills.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandeffectivelyaspartofaprojectteam.

Honest,dependable,andprofessional.

Mustmeetapplicablegovernmentsecurityclearancerequirements.

Mustpassapre-employmentdrugscreening.

Abilitytolift50+lbs.

PreferredQualifications

Bachelor’sdegreeinConstructionManagement,CivilEngineering,orarelatedfield.

ExperiencewithProcoreandBluebeam.

Experiencewithconstructionschedulingsoftware,suchasPrimaveraP6orOPC.

ExperiencewithUSACEprojectsandtheResidentManagementSystem(RMS).
