Insight Global is seeking a Computer Operator to support a Retail Company! This opportunity is based out of Fort Mill, SC, and will be on site, Sun – Wednesday from 11p – 9a (10 hr shifts). Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $25-30/hr. based off of years of experience) and there is lots of stability and room for growth as this is a Contract to hire opportunity.

Must Haves

• Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship
• Ability to work on site in Fort Mill Sun – Wednesday from 11p – 9a (10 hr shifts)
• Minimum of 3 years as a Computer Operator
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Job / Batch scheduling applications, preferably BMC Control‑M
• Minimum of 1-3 years in a data center operations center and NOC environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Control‑M, CA, CA 7 (batch tools)
• Understanding of Iron Mountain's vaulting system

Job Description

• An employer is looking for a Computer Operator for a large retail client in the Rock Hill, SC area. The ideal resource will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator. This resource will be responsible for the administration and oversight of the 24/7 batch processing schedule. This resource will maintain production job schedules in the BMC Control‑M job scheduling system and identify failures using documented processes and troubleshoot or elevate accordingly.
