The Management Training Program will give you a roadmap to reach the highest level of management within our organization. You will go through training that will focus on sales, leadership, and every aspect of the retail automotive industry led by our senior management.We offer:Base salary plus commissionsHealth, dental, medical401KStructured trainingResponsibilities:Use social media tools (Facebook, YouTube, Facebook live, Instagram) to attract new clients and brand awarenessContact current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunitiesReply and follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and fresh walk-in customersLearn product knowledge on current model line and become a certified product representativeAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.Build strong rapport with customers.Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.Maintain customer satisfactionRequirements:Social media and brand awareness experience is preferredEnthusiastic and great work ethicOutgoing with a friendly personalityMust have a clean & valid driver’s licenseMust be willing to submit to a background check to employment.College GraduateAbout the DealershipMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
