Oracle Mantas Developer

Oracle Mantas Developer Location: Iselin NJ (Hybrid 3 days per week) or Remote

Duration: 2+ years

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Mantas Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PL/SQL, FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management), and exposure to Python. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Oracle Mantas platform to support financial crime compliance initiatives.

Need to have Mantas, PL/SQL, and some exposure to Python.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities within the Oracle Mantas platform.

Utilize PL/SQL for database development and management.

Configure and customize FCCM scenarios and workflows to meet business requirements.

Develop scripts and tools using Python to automate processes and enhance system capabilities.

Perform data analysis and mapping from source systems to the Mantas platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FCCM and Mantas applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Maintain documentation for all development and configuration activities.

Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL for database development.

Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management).

Exposure to Python for scripting and automation.

Experience with data analysis and mapping.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Unix/Linux environments.

Knowledge of financial crime compliance regulations and best practices.

Familiarity with other programming languages and tools.
