Job Description

EchoParkAutomotive is hiring anAutomotive Technician to join our team in Nashville, TN. Our Technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, a very collaborative and casual work environment,very differentfrom a traditional \"dog-eat-dog\" shop.It'sfun,fair, anda great placeto work.To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.

WhatYou’llDo:

The Automotive Technicianis responsible forperforming vehicle repair and maintenance work as assignedin accordance withdealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range ofpre-ownedmakes and models up to 12 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection


• Lube, filter, flushes


• Brake system and tire repair


• Suspension and alignments


• Vehicle Drivability


• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair


• Gasket and Seal Repairs

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Must be state-certified where applicable


• At least 6 months ofpreviousAutomotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification


• Own a set of tools


• Valid driver’s license anda good drivingrecord


• High school diploma or the equivalent


• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn


• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
