Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Annual Salary:

$40,000 - $44,000

What You'll Do At C.A. Ferolie

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through email, EDI, and phone using our computerized order processing system.
• Maintain item, pricing, and promotional allowance information to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Review and adjust orders as needed and assist with invoice reconciliation.
• Respond to order-related questions and requests from clients, customers, and internal team members.
• Support day-to-day client and customer needs.
• Communicate important updates, issues, or concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Help provide a positive and responsive experience for our clients and customers.

Requirements

What We're Looking for

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Comfortable using standard office technology and learning new computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order processing is a plus.
• Previous experience or familiarity with the consumer products, food/non-food, retail, or wholesale industries is preferred but not required.
