API Developer PositionDesign and develop scalable API specifications using OpenAPI/YAML with enhanced data securityCreate CI/CD pipelines for API build, deployment, and integrationManage the full API lifecycle, from development to deploymentCollaborate with application teams to understand API requirements and needsEnsure up-to-date API documentation and maintain design quality with proper security measuresTroubleshoot, resolve issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent future production issuesBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field5+ Years of experience in development, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions based on Java Technologies (Java, J2EE, Web Services, Spring, Spring Boot and Python)At least 3 Years of hands on experience with design, development and implementation of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Integration based MicroservicesKnowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and experience with version control tools like GitLab, along with CI/CD toolsProficient with Swagger/Swagger Hub, API Gateway & Management tools such as ApigeeHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS cloud productsStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skills for interacting with global technical teamsFamiliar with Agile methodologies (Kanban or SCRUM) and deploying microservices (spring-boot) on Docker/KubernetesUnderstanding of security protocols (OAuth, SAML) and experience with governance, event-driven architectures, and caching strategies
