About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organizedCustomer Service & Sales Representativeto join our growing tree service company in Sunbury, Ohio.

This is anin-office positionfocused on helping customers from their first phone call through scheduling their tree service. You’ll be communicating with homeowners, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and providing quotes to potential customers.

The ideal candidate is personable, confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable talking with customers about their needs while helping turn inquiries into scheduled jobs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to customer questions and inquiries
• Schedule estimates and service appointments
• Speak with potential customers about their tree service needs
• Provide pricing and quotes to potential customers
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Help convert incoming calls and inquiries into booked appointments and jobs
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Coordinate scheduling with field crews
• Provide excellent customer service from the initial call through completion of the job
• Handle general office and customer service duties as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
• Previous customer service, sales, scheduling, or office experience is a plus
• Experience in the tree service, landscaping, construction, or home-service industry is a plus, butnot required

Compensation

• $17 per hour + commission
