US 2026 Software - Compiler Engineer Intern

Job Description

Compiler Engineer InternWe are seeking a Compiler Engineer intern to support the Compiler Software team in developing the compiler and runtime for in-memory machine learning accelerators at TetraMem.Responsibilities:Explore and support techniques to accelerate early compiler developmentExplore and support techniques to accelerate statically analyze program propertiesExplore and support the development of compiler optimizations to improve latency/bandwidth of our ML modelsEngage with QA teamsRequirements:Graduate degree in CS/CE with focus on compilersSome experience with compiler developmentProgramming skills in C++, C or RustProficiency in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Experience in low level software architecture, modeling or validationFamiliarity with AI network architectures, such as LSTM, CNN, transformer and diffusion models, and their performance characteristicsExperience with MLIR, IREEStrong written and verbal communication skillsSalary Range: $35-45 USD/hrTetraMem celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
