You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, fostering innovation, and contributing to the long-term technical vision of the product.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and evaluate emerging & established cloud-based technologies against product requirements and for creating proof of concept for guiding the development team.Provide technical leadership by influencing the design and architecture of major software components.Produce technical documentation and design artifacts to ensure scalability and reusability across the application while enforcing best practices.Foster a culture of creativity and excellence through technical innovations and thought leadership.Mentor and train other engineers on design techniques, test automation methodologies and coding standards.Adhere to strict deliverable deadlines while able to multitask.Work in a globally distributed environment spread across multiple time zones.Collaborate with peer architects and gain knowledge of integrated solutionsChampion product quality, customer-centric thinking, and technical excellence.Pioneer research and development efforts to evolve the product and explore new technologies.Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to understand and resolve the issues in production.Required Qualification:8 years of overall experience, including enterprise, full-life cycle in architecture, design and development of large-scale applicationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field or equivalent experience7 years experience with Go and Java5 years experience with Pulsar, NATS, Valkey or similar technology5 years experience in cloud-based product development, microservices architecture, API and event-driven development and best practices5 years experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies; you should be a developer by nature, technology enthusiastic with a sharp mind and great analytical skills4 years experience with Containerized Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Keda5 years experience with AWS (S3, EKS, Bedrock) and additional vendors (GCP, Azure)Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trendsAn in-depth understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and proven experience in the transition of an on-prem solution into a multi-tenant multi-cloud environment4 years experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes4 years experience with PostgreSQLExperience in Monitoring Solutions like Data Dog, Grafana or similarExperience in complex problem-solving and multi-system problemsExposure to AI tools (GitHub Copilot \ Claude Code) in development cycle and drive development excellence through the usage of AI toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent organization, time management, and project leadership skillsPositive attitude, mission-driven, action-oriented, and a strong commitment to delivering quality workMIN : 165KMAX : 188KVerint Systems Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, retaliation, and sexual and any other form of harassment.
