High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35-$55/hour total compensation . The Role As a construction team member, you will:
Start as an Installer, no experience required. Once youre a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crews efficiency drives an uncapped bonus. Overtime pays out: Early start, early end, Monday through Friday. 50+ years, zero seasonal layoffs. Once youre a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crews efficiency drives your bonus. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 5% match, 2 weeks PTO, holiday pay, per diem for overnight travel.
