We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Laboratory Technician to join our high-performing team in the Manufacturing industry. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will be responsible for conducting various lab tests, analyzing data, and providing valuable feedback to the supervisor team. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical safety, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the quality team.

Responsibilities: Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.

Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.

Perform visual inspections of finished products.

Collaborate with the quality team to ensure that the product meets all quality standards.

Conduct allergen inspections of equipment and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.

Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses.

Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.

Promote a safe work environment by following safety procedures and protocols.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a laboratory technician in the manufacturing industry.

Proven ability to analyze data and provide feedback to the supervisor team.

Strong understanding of chemical safety and allergen inspections.

Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively with the quality team.

High level of accountability, reliability, and responsibility.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
