Process Technician

Job Description

Process TechnicianCleanpart USA is seeking a Process Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing components in accordance with company policies, customer specifications, and leadership guidance. You will gain general knowledge of all production areas, process parts at a basic level, and understand work priorities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.This position requires close collaboration with Production Management and team members to meet departmental goals and uphold safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety: Perform all work safely for self and others; promptly report incidents, injuries, or near misses; comply with PPE and safety procedures.Quality: Ensure high-quality work without deviation from approved processes; report defects and non-conformities; participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate quality records, including process travelers, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.Certification: Achieve and maintain certification in one or more work centers.Production: Process products efficiently and accurately while meeting delivery schedules.Inspections: Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with procedures.System Maintenance: Report equipment operating in unsafe or out-of-spec conditions.Calibration: Report tools or equipment due for calibration to ensure compliance.Continuous Improvement: Participate in defect resolution, preventative actions, and improvement initiatives.Special Projects: Complete assignments as directed by leadership.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to read and understand job travelers/routers and documentation sign-off processesBasic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems)Proficiency in part handling and damage prevention techniquesFamiliarity with visual inspection techniques and rejection criteriaGeneral understanding of cleanroom protocolsSafe use of basic hand tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, etc.)Basic math and geometry skills (e.g., measuring distances, thickness, heights, volumes)Apply now and help us keep Cleanpart clean, safe, and future-ready.The hourly range for this position is $19 – 23 an hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
