Software Engineering Senior Advisor

Job Description

Job RequirementsStrong proficiency in backend development with object-oriented or modern languages (Golang strongly preferred)Experience building modern frontend applications using frameworks such as Angular or ReactProven experience designing systems for scalability, reliability, and fault toleranceStrong experience working with complex data models and large datasets (NoSQL experience, e.g., MongoDB, preferred)Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed system design patternsHands-on experience with AWS (or comparable cloud platforms)Proficiency with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience leading technical initiatives or projectsSelf-motivated and able to operate effectively with minimal supervisionExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
