In this role, you'll help design, build and maintain internal software applications and tools that support our business operations, working across the full stack from internal, front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases.You'll collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional business stakeholders to understand requirements, write clean and maintainable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvements of our internal systems. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to grow their technical skills while working on real-world projects that directly impact our organization.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWrite, test and debug code across front-end and back-end componentsTroubleshoot and resolve software defectsDocument code and technical processesCollaborate within a team environment and across teams or with external partners or vendors to design and implement new featuresParticipate in code reviews and follow team coding standardsContinuously learn new tools, languages, and best practicesMeet agreed upon deadlinesPerform duties with little or no supervisionAttend required training or team/company eventsAdhere to company guidelines and policiesCompetenciesRequires bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experienceExperience/competency in building applications with Microsoft.NET Framework with a strong history of using C#Experience building web-based applications including:Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSSConsuming and creating APIsExperience working with Blazor is a plusExperience working with cloud native architectures a plusExperience working with data storage to include:Designing data modelsRelational databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NOSQL variants such as Dynamo a plusCloud storage such as S3Familiarity with LLMs and related technologies such as MCP/UCP a plusAbility to take a positive team approach to working with co-workers and adhering to our SDLCStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to adjust to changing prioritiesCommunication SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical requirementsAbility to respond to stakeholder, colleagues, partner and vendor inquiries in a professional mannerAbility to effectively present/demonstrate via video conference to team members, stakeholders, vendors and partnersCritical ThinkingAbility to troubleshoot and quickly identify the source of an issue/defectAbility to translate verbal or written requirements toAcknowledgementThe above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
