Microsoft SQL Developer

Job Description

An Insight Global client in the Houston area is seeking a Microsoft SQL Developer to join the team in a remote role for a four month long contract. This person will be responsible for converting Oracle compatible sql scripts to Microsoft sql scripts. They will also be utilizing AI tools such as Copilot to help with the larger migrations. This short-term contract is a true plug and play conversion of queries with little to zero configuration required.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Database Developer

Experience converting Oracle SQL scripts to MS SQL scripts

Experience running existing queries through AI tools, fixing syntax errors, and validating output matches the original

Experience with AI tools, such as Copilot
