Our Summer Engineering Internship Program offers ambitious students the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to innovative projects, and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic manufacturing and technology environment. As an Engineering Intern, you'll play an active role in projects that support the design, production, testing, and continuous improvement of industry‑leading products and solutions.

Whether your passion is Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, you'll gain practical experience that accelerates your professional growth and prepares you for a successful engineering career.

What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Intern, you may have the opportunity to:

Support engineering projects from concept through implementation.

Assist with product design, analysis, testing, and validation activities.

Participate in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Analyze engineering data and develop recommendations to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and performance.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Create and update technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports.

Observe and support manufacturing operations, field activities, or laboratory testing.

Present project results and recommendations to engineering leadership at the conclusion of the internship.

Work directly with experienced engineers and mentors on meaningful assignments that impact the business.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Electrical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Manufacturing Engineering

Industrial Engineering

Or a closely related engineering discipline

Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, organizations, internships, or extracurricular activities.

Preferred Skills

Depending on the assignment, experience or coursework in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:

Electrical Engineering

Electrical systems and power distribution

Controls and automation

Power electronics

Circuit design and testing

Mechanical Engineering

Machine design and product development

CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.)

Mechanical analysis and testing
